Our office is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday-9a-1p & 2p-6p, Tueday and Thursday-2p-6p, Saturday 9a-12p. New patients are welcome! Financial We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. We accept payments of cash, check or any major credit card. We accept the following insurance plans: Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Traditional & PPO), MESSA, Aetna, Cofinity, American Specialty Health, United HealthCare, Humana, Medicare, Health Plus. We are now accepting new patients with Priority Health Insurance. Cancellation Policy As a courtesy to other patients that will be wating to see Dr. Kidwell, please give 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Family Care Chiropractic reserves the right to bill patients for appointments not cancelled within 24 hours. (Insurance will not be billed for these charges.) You will be charged a $25 fee for every chiropractic adjustment and/or massage therepy appointment missed.
